A beautiful studio space on the second floor of 1253 Whitney Ave. With lovely, refinished wooden floors, a view through the arched north window, and warm lighting and yellow walls, this twenty-five by twenty foot room is perfect as a dance rehearsal space, a yoga studio, or as a training & workshop room. Not available on weekends (unless part of a package).

Daytime, low impact, easy set-up and clean-up: Perfect for meetings, small classes or workshops. ($100 for non-profits)

- 4 hours allotted for using the space
- Available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Also available from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m., Sunday through Thursday.

- Includes: Internet Access, shared use of communal areas.
Full Day
8 hours total
Longer, extra setup and cleanup time, evenings and weekends: perfect for meetings, workshops, presentations, trainings ($175 for nonprofits)

- Up to 8 hours for using the space.
- Tables and chairs provided.
- Available 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Includes: Internet Access, shared use of communal areas.
Organization or Business Event
9 hours total
Trainings, Workshops, Speakers, Retreats ($150 for nonprofits)
From $200
- Use of the Oak Room for a day long business function; 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.
- Available from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday
- Includes: Internet Access, shared use of communal areas, and use of Audio and Visual PA System.
- Tables and chairs provided with setup assistance from WCC staff.
Things to know
- Unless otherwise specified in the event package, you are responsible for the set up and clean up of your event, and agree to remove all of your materials and belongings at the end of your reservation.
- Nonrefundable Reservation Deposit, in the amount of 50% of the total Event Fee, due at time of booking to confirm use of the space.
